CANCELLATIONS

To Cancel or change an appointment, a minimum of 24 hours is required in order to move tour deposit to a new date or hold it as credit on your account.
Same Day Cancellations and no-shows will be charged full price.

APPOINTMENTS

Please arrive on time for your treatment.
Late arrival will result in a shortened treatment, however treatments will still be charged at full price.
Late arrivals that exceed 15 minutes will be classed as a no-show and the full treatment cost will be due.
