Thai Massage is an ancient therapy believed to have been developed more than 2500 years ago by Jivaka Kumar Bhaccha (Shivago Kompara), a friend to the Buddha, who had tremendous knowledge of medicine.

Using a combination of acupressure and yoga-like stretching techniques that employ the use of the therapist’s fingers, thumbs, elbows, arms and feet on the body’s pressure points. Thai massage relaxes the whole body to decrease stress levels and improve circulation.
